1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Slottio, a WhatsApp and voice-based appointment booking platform operated from Pakistan. By accessing or using Slottio, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who Uses Slottio

Slottio serves two types of users: Businesses (such as salons, clinics, and similar service providers) that register on the platform to manage bookings, and End Customers who book appointments through WhatsApp. Businesses are responsible for their customers' use of the booking experience they provide through Slottio.

3. Account Registration

To register as a business on Slottio, you must provide your name, email address, and WhatsApp number. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it if it changes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Slottio only for lawful appointment booking purposes. You must not misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' data, send spam or unsolicited messages through the system, or use Slottio to facilitate illegal activity. Slottio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. WhatsApp and Third-Party Services

Slottio uses WhatsApp Business API and voice calling (both via Twilio) for message and call delivery. Your use of Slottio is also subject to WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Policies. Voice call features are available on Growth and Pro plans. Slottio is not responsible for the availability or conduct of WhatsApp, Twilio, or any other third-party service we integrate with.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep Slottio running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be paused for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify business users in advance of planned downtime.

7. Payments and Billing

Slottio offers the following subscription plans:

  • Trial — Free for 7 days, up to 20 bookings. No payment required.
  • Starter — PKR 2,500/month, up to 150 bookings.
  • Growth — PKR 5,500/month, up to 300 bookings. Includes voice call booking in English and Urdu.
  • Pro — PKR 9,000/month, up to 600 bookings. Includes a dedicated WhatsApp number and custom display name.

Each subscription period is 30 days from the date of purchase. Booking limits reset at the end of each 30-day period. Only bookings received through WhatsApp or voice call count toward your plan limit. Bookings added manually from the dashboard or made by customers through the Slottio online directory do not count against your allocation. Bookings count from the moment they are created, regardless of whether they are subsequently confirmed, rejected, or cancelled.

Booking top-up packs may be purchased at any time during an active subscription to add bookings mid-cycle. Top-up packs expire at the end of your current subscription period and are consumed before the base plan allocation. Unused top-up bookings are forfeited at expiry and do not carry over to the next period.

Additional bot add-on (PKR 2,500 one-time) allows the creation of an additional booking bot. The additional bot shares the same booking pool as the main subscription and does not receive a separate allocation. The add-on does not extend or renew the subscription period.

By subscribing, you authorise Slottio to charge the applicable plan fee on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. No charges are applied after cancellation. The 7-day free trial carries no obligation — if you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your bot is deactivated and no payment is taken.

9. Refund Policy

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at slottio.app@gmail.com and we will review your case. Booking top-up packs are non-refundable once purchased. Slottio reserves the right to issue refunds at its discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

10. Complaint Handling

We are committed to resolving all customer complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the service, billing, or your account, you may raise it through any of the following channels:

  • Support panel: Log in to your dashboard and visit the Support page to submit a complaint directly.
  • Email: Write to us at slottio.app@gmail.com with the subject line Complaint – [your account email].

We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it by replying to the original thread and requesting escalation to senior management. All complaints are logged and tracked until closure.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and features of Slottio are the intellectual property of Slottio. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

Slottio is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law, Slottio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed appointments, lost business, or data loss due to third-party failures.

13. Termination

You may stop using Slottio at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify registered business users via email. Continued use of Slottio after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from your use of Slottio shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
