Refund & Service Policy

1. What We Provide

Slottio is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides WhatsApp-based appointment booking automation for businesses. Our service includes:

  • An AI-powered WhatsApp booking bot for your business
  • A booking management dashboard
  • Automated customer reminders and follow-ups
  • Review request automation
  • Voice call booking (Growth and Pro plans)
  • Team access and role management
  • Business listing on the Slottio directory

All services are delivered digitally. There is no physical product or shipment involved.

2. Subscription Plans

Slottio offers the following monthly subscription plans:

  • Trial — Free for 7 days, up to 20 bookings. No payment required.
  • Starter — PKR 2,500/month, up to 150 bookings.
  • Growth — PKR 5,500/month, up to 300 bookings. Includes voice call booking.
  • Pro — PKR 9,000/month, up to 600 bookings. Includes a dedicated WhatsApp number.

Each plan is billed on a 30-day cycle from the date of activation. Access to all plan features begins immediately upon payment.

3. Refund Policy

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, as access to the platform is granted immediately upon payment.

Exceptions — we will review refund requests if:

  • You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge or technical billing failure)
  • The service was completely unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours during your billing period due to issues on our end

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the charge at slottio.app@gmail.com with your account email and reason. We will respond within 2 business days.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Top-Up Packs & Add-Ons

Booking top-up packs and the additional bot add-on are non-refundable once purchased, as they are applied to your account immediately. Top-up packs have a 30-day validity from the date of purchase.

5. Free Trial

The 7-day free trial carries no payment obligation. If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your bot is deactivated automatically and no charge is applied.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current 30-day period and does not auto-renew. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing cycle.

7. Service Delivery

All Slottio services are delivered electronically and become available immediately upon account activation or payment. There is no shipping, no physical delivery, and no waiting period. Access continues uninterrupted for the duration of your active subscription.
